From 01/01 to 16/04/2019, every Tuesday between 5.30 pm and 6.45 pm.
Yoga is a great way to build strength, stretch after skiing, gain flexibility and enjoy relaxaation.
All levels welcome. No experience required.
Wear confortable, lose fitting clothing. Classes are 1hour 15 minutes. Please bring mat, if available, and a small blanket or towel.
The are 10 mats to borrow along with blocks and straps.
